6. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers will ensure timely arrival and a safe journey.

  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a user violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

7. Limitation of Liability

EZ Cab is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the ride.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Harassing or endangering the safety of drivers or other users.
